My Story
My journey into medicine began as a young missionary in South America, where I witnessed firsthand the
profound impact of limited healthcare access. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I
could truly make a difference.
Over the years, I’ve worked in busy clinics, led physician teams, and served as Chief Medical Officer for
various healthcare organizations. Throughout my career, I began to notice systemic issues in healthcare.
Patients weren’t achieving the outcomes they wanted, physicians were burning out— including me —and the system seemed more focused on profits than on people. I started to see healthcare as a form of
temporary roadside assistance, treating symptoms instead of addressing the root causes of health issues.
I realized that achieving true health and wellness required a more holistic and proactive approach.I
recognized that a holistic approach to health is the foundation for living with energy, purpose, and passion. This realization inspired me to move in a new direction where I could help people become the
best versions of themselves.
